What happens in the Lab

SEE IT.
THEN CHANGE IT.

We capture the movement that matters, review it together and put the change straight back into your next attempt. It is a practical coaching session, not just a video to take away.

  1. 01
    Capture the right effort

Use the relevant angle, pace and station demand for the performance question you are trying to answer.

  2. 02
    Review the detail together

Slow the footage down, identify the limiter and make the cue or technical change clear.

  3. 03
Test the change in real time

Repeat with purpose, so you leave knowing what the improvement should feel like in training.

A session with purpose

GET CLEAR ON
WHAT TO IMPROVE.

The Performance Lab is for the moments when a split, a video or a feeling tells you something is holding you back, but you need an experienced eye and focused time to work on it properly.

Sessions are built around the athlete and the priority in front of them. That might mean preparing for triathlon race demands, refining one HYROX station, improving running efficiency or bringing several details together in a full performance review.

Discuss your focus

What we can analyse

THE DETAIL,
IN CONTEXT.

From a triathlon-specific movement or pacing focus to a complete HYROX station or a single running stride, the Lab gives you the time and setup to see what is actually happening.

Where the Lab helps

WORK ON THE
DETAILS THAT COUNT.

Practical coaching in a focused space, with the time to understand what is happening and improve it with intention.

01

TRIATHLON

Refine the swim, bike or run detail that matters most, from pacing and position to movement efficiency under race-day fatigue.

02

HYROX

Develop more efficient movement and smarter effort across the stations that are costing you time, from sleds and burpees to lunges, wall balls and ergs.

03

RUNNING

Work on running mechanics, pace control and the movement efficiency that carries into your next training block or race.

From first rep to next step

A CLEARER WAY
TO MOVE FORWARD.

01

UNDERSTAND

Start with your event, current training and the performance gap you want to close.

02

ASSESS

Use movement, technique and race-specific work to identify what is limiting you.

03

COACH

Work through practical changes in real time, with clear feedback between attempts.

04

REMOTE VIDEO ANALYSIS

Can't get to Atherton?

THE LAB,
FROM ANYWHERE.

Remote Video Analysis gives you the same focused coaching lens when an in-person session is not practical. Set up your phone using a simple filming guide, send the clip and receive clear priorities to work on next.

It is ideal for a targeted triathlon, HYROX or running technique question, a full performance review, or a follow-up once you have applied a change from the Lab.
